Time for something else ♥

Sometimes, change is good. I think I've gotten so comfortable with where I am in the past few years, that I forgot how much of a good thing change could be. I've had quite a few different additions to my life in the past few weeks.. that I'm not exactly sure where to begin. Have you heard of that saying.. "God works in mysterious ways."? I've heard it countless of times before, but it hasn't been more evident until now. It's pretty amazing how He will close a door exactly when it needs to be closed. He never gives you more than you can handle, and He has a purpose for everything. And I'm so thankful for that.

On another note, I finally had some time to catch up with David and Lily over lunch at The Parker on Union Street! It's a quaint vegetarian place. Check it out if you're in the area! I've also been working on a photo project where I'd feature street style snaps from our beautiful city of Vancouver. This project has totally broke the stigma of Vancouverites being unapproachable for me. Let me tell you, asking someone for their photo on the streets can be quite intimidating! I only managed to strike a conversation with one the other day while shopping on Main (Hi Oona!), but the rest that I've snapped...? Well, hopefully you'll recognize these familiar faces! Let's hope I'll find time to keep this project going!

Lovely shots, as always<3 & I know what you mean but, I think it's sort of the opposite for me. I tend to move around a lot for work & I just wish I could settle for once in my life </3 Oh well~

Amen to that. I can totally relate to this in my life right now. It's funny how sometimes all the doors may close but then other times they all seem to open at once. But whatever happens, it's always in the perfect timing. Good luck with all the changes happening in your life, I'm sure God has an amazing plan for you!

I'm so glad to hear that God has been moving in your life :) I've been starting to feel the beginnings of God stirring up something in my life lately, but everything is so unclear and it's making me anxious! I keep praying for peace.

Love the street style shots, esp the first one - love her hair, glasses, and blouse! Keep them coming :)

I love these full outfit photos! I also use a nikon, currently with a 50mm f1.8 lens.

I was wondering, which lens is your all time go-to lens?

I love your photos :) I have been trying to get myself to go around vancouver and snap some photos of people wearing things that inspire me. I am glad to hear that you have been getting positive responses when asking people to take their photo :)
