Tis the season to sparkle ♥

Hello December! I can't believe we're already at the last month of the year. Seems like time flew by quite fast this past little while. Now that we're onto the holiday season, I couldn't be more excited. Christmas parties, quality time with family and friends, turkey and champagne, and most importantly the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ!

With the holidays just around the corner, I've sort of already planned ahead as to what I should wear for the annual Christmas dinner. Sparkle and bling? I think so. I purchased a Wilfred sequined tank dress from Aritzia this past year, and haven't gotten a chance to wear it just yet. Well, luckily I saved it because that means I don't have to shop for a holiday dress this year! It is very similar to the one shown above, and this is how I would style it. Unfortunately the one I have doesn't have sleeves like this one, but nothing a blazer can't fix! Gold tones, and a pop of colour here and there and I'm all set.

So what have you guys planned for Christmas this year? I'll be heading down to L.A on the 14th of this month for a couple of days with the girls. Christmas season in Disneyland is sure going to bring out the inner kid in me. And I bet it'll be amazing. It's my first time, so I'm quite excited! Ooh and shopping! Don't get me started. Finally get to catch up with some friends who live in L.A as well. Vacation, here I come (again)!

You MUST try Rustic Canyon, Huckleberry or Sweet Rose Creamery. They are all owned by the same chefs and are all delicious. I especially like Sweet Rose's ice cream.

For shopping, you should walk down Rodeo and take a look at the high end boutiques. The Beverly Center is a pretty nice mall too with a mix of high end and low end shops.

You have to go to Venice Beach and then eat dinner on Abbot Kinney. I don't know if you'll be here for first Friday, but it's really fun. All the food trucks come and the galleries and shops are open later.

I would also go to Grauman's Chinese theater where all the celebs put their hand print and footprint. Also, you can look online for ticket venues and try to go to a taping of a TV show that films in LA. They're free!
